Office Moving Process

We start every office move with an estimate. Unless you only need to move a few small items, we offer to send an estimator to your office to determine what will be the costs and to present you with an estimate. The estimate process allows you to find out exactly what you are going to pay for the moving services, so you can budget for your move accordingly. For smaller office moves we recommend using hour affordable all-inclusive hourly rates, just like in the local residential moves in Burbank. We are flexible in terms of payment as well – we accept all major credit cards, cashier’s checks, and cash.

After estimate is agreed upon, we schedule a time for your move. We endeavor to disrupt your normal business hours as little as possible, and therefore are more than willing to pick a time to move your office outside of those business hours, whether it is in the morning, the evening, or on the weekend. We discuss the logistics of the move beforehand so the move itself is as organized as it can be. A note of caution however, night time relocation might present additional expenses.

On the day and at the time of the move, our crew arrives with one of our trucks. The hydraulic lift gates make it easy to move even the largest, heaviest office machines.
